I'm sick and tired of hearing every Lakers-jersey-wearing bro in my apartment complex yelling at the TV in unison every night and then marching out at the end of the game only to take a walk yelling "LAAAAAAKERS" the whole time.

Get a fracking hobby. You're watching people play sports.

Then again, I guess the whole fact that being a "sports fan" is something to identify yourself with saves me lot of time when the first thing someone tells me about themselves is that they are a huge _______ fan... Lets me know right off the bat that I never have to talk to that person again.

PS, This has nothing to do with the Lakers. If Orlando was winning I would be just as pissed at the orlando-jersey-wearing, TV-yelling bros.

hmmm i tend to dislike people who talk about "their team" when they have no assimilation with the team. And I have played sports all my life. People get so upset when their team loses like it's the end of the world. I understand it's fun to see your favorite team win but just loosing your mind over it like walking outside screaming lakerss is just retarded.

I see what you're saying. I'm generally not a fan of team sports. I've always been athletic but never even played 'em in school or anything I've always been into inividual sports my whole life. I don't even like basketball all that much but have always loved watching the Lakers and ice hockey. Dad was a huge Laker fan so I was kinda raised around it I guess. But yeah...obsessive sports fans can be quite annoying.

Right-oh. These guys I'm talking about don't even play basketball... I mean they wear baskeball shorts and lakers jerseys 24/7 at this time of year, but its just another kind of poser just like the idiots who walk around on campus with their sector 9 longboards to make them look like a sweet longboarder even though they've never stood on it.

And again, it wouldn't even bother me enough to speak out if they didn't march around yelling about it.
