Seriously. Imagine the idea that we are engineering the next evolution in humanity...

this shits crazy. these people are geniuses to say the least. i wish i was that smart haha
Double Barrel and Team Lift ftw.
gnipgnop im not sure whether to neg you or +1 it. That video makes so much sense that im about to shit myself. When the dude kicked that dog robot thing, all i could see in my mind was the dog kicking him back. crazy world we live in.
Yeah man. I've watched that video literally 4 times. I'm addicted to TED at the moment.
I'm so adjective, I verb nouns!
seriously man, i almost wished i hadn't watched that video. My mind was first blown when he mentioned that we will possibly lose the dollar. And then i cant get the dog clip out of my head...that is literally insane. bionic athletes. Back when lasiks eye surgery came out, i was mad that people could start seeing in 20/15 vision after a surgery (which is better than 20/20), because i have 20/15 in my right eye and i always thought it was cool. But frack, it didnt really dawn on me that that really is just the beginning... This isnt even something that could be played off as a conspiracy theory or whatever, theres actual science behind it. shitt.
Wow, these videos are badass!
Yeah man. That's the exciting part. If you were moved by that I suggest you watch the TED talk by Ray Kurzweil. He was off on a couple of things, but still mind blowing.

holy crap
Y'know I'm here
Everybody knows I'm here
And I'm the hoochie-coochie man
Everybody knows I'm here
and human kind gets one step closer to being lazy-half droid humans moving around in small cars doing nothing except snapping there fingers
the venus project is the future world
Skimming ability related to intellectual conversation? Nope.
Don't bro me if you don't know me.
What the frack are you talking about? Are you fracking dense? I attacked his IDEA, not HIM. See the separation? It's clear from his response that he either didn't watch the videos or didn't pay attention to them when he did.
Maybe if I get another 5,000 posts I'll have 11,000 posts. That makes more sense you trolling bag of dicks.
I'm so adjective, I verb nouns!
Wow, was just cruising around the site and they have a lot of well respected researchers. I recommend the talk on cheating by Dan Airley, I also recommend his book (Predictably Irrational).
i think the first post that you attacked was actually serious. That humans really will become stupider and more lazy, because of such advanced technology (kind of a paradox). Im sure that with the invention of the calculator, the average person's mental calculating abilities went down. Even though people were able to perform better than they had prior to the invention, they could be considered dumber when it comes to fundamentals.
i did watch the video and i think its rediculous to go around and when u meet some one for the first time the dumbass computer already googles them and displays on their shirt wat there are. wat if u meet some unemployed person, does it say "dropout?" wat a good way to use prejudice in technology. and if ur too lazy too look at ur phone to see wat time it is and u would rather draw a watch on urself ur an idiot.
u guys go ahead and pay 400 bux for a pointless computer device to make your life "easier" when it already is easy. thats just being lazy. ur the type of people who would pay to have everything in life done but the only thing in life is the doing. then u will all be bored and become half cyborg half crackheads
This is so sick! I've never seen anything like it.

I partly agree with you, but I think the tags that would appear on people would define them in a way similar to facebook? Do you have facebook, because you are essentially doing this already.
What about people who are too lazy to look at a watch so they pull out their cell phone to tell the time?
Who here said they were going to buy one? I should say that if it was small and cheap I would definitely buy one. You said you were all about stereotypes, yet your post is you basically stereotyping anyone who shows interest in technology. Perhaps you should step back and look at who you are before you try and define others. There are more similarities then you think.
I'm so adjective, I verb nouns!
im not even gunna argue this. your you, and im me. and im perfectly fine with that![]()
ur brilliance-ness makes u go off topic and get the view onto some one else
i meant the watch thing as like there going out of their way to display how techonologically cool they are. its just another way to make these people more extravagant than we need to be. keep it simple stupid
i didnt say anyone was gonna buy it but u seemed to highly disagree with my first post. freak out? GTFO
omg would you fracking e-warriors go on some other message board where you can build up your 50k posts. i want to punch you all in the face
why do people have to be such dicks when people post and interesting video, if anything these advances in technology could make the world a better place, by making advances in the world of medicine and such. stop being trolling d-bags.
have you guys ever used a tv remote, or a telephone, or have a digital watch, or drove a car, basically we are ALL fracking lazy as SHIT
That is one way of looking at it. But step back from these inventions and think about why they exist. They are not natural and we are not born with innate abilities to use them. We don't have a choice whether we want to use them or not for the most part in Western civilization. With that in mind, the arguement that this is making us lazy is redundant. Why not use calculators to do multiplication and division? Why does that make us stupid, just because a generation ago they could do it in their head? So fracking what? We aren't born to work. We developed calculators because in the very end of things, we developed a society which necessitates the function of a calculator, and when it was invented that took over use having to do it in our heads. That is not laziness, that is progress. That is development.
The watch this was more or less to demonstrate the power of the technology, not necessarily to say "Hey rich people come and buy this!"
Keep it simple? Tell Aaron or Tex or Smetts to just make simple wood skimboards only, and to stop developing skimboard technology. Remember that 50 years from now the person drawing a watch on their arm to tell the time will not seem like advanced technology. Just like how carbon skimboards don't really seem advanced because tons of people have them. However, 30 years ago a carbon fibre skimboard would have been a huge technological advancement.
You are on the same message board as me. I'm not building up posts but participating in a community. If I wanted to build up my posts I would flame the shit out of people and e-threaten to punch someone in the face like you.
If you agree with that, then sell your Ruckus! So skim on a wooden skimboard and walk your ass to the beach. YOU didn't choose to live where you do, and you could move to some island to get away from it all and live outside the system, but you won't. So how the frack is technology making us lazy? Technology is moving towards giving us more time to think about more important things instead of trying to divide 45 by 790 in our heads.

hahaha GnipGnop and LAXitives288 are kooks.
hahah this kid steezy is an ignorant frack.
Don't bro me if you don't know me.
Nice edit steezy. Instead of making gross assumptions and stereotypes like you have been so far, try thinking a little bit harder. The fact that you resorted to calling people kooks signals that you've probably stopped thinking, which might be for the better. I don't want you to hurt yourself.
