Default Fine Art: Thiebaud Gallery (Several Pics)

I've talked about my friend Paul Thiebaud before. He is a world famous art broker and son of Wayne Thiebaud. Thiebaud is considered the last great American painter. You'd be amazed that most of these paintings go for more than a million each. Last night we went to Paul's private gallery/office after the Kings game. Here are some iPhone pics...

This is his mockup of the Sacramento PG&E (Pacific Gas & Electric for you East Coasters) tower. He was commissioned to this on the original PG&E building circa 1970.

An original Michael Tomkins painting in Paul's office. His art is amazing, and amazingly expensive -he only does two paintings per year.
