Waves were knee-high and far out at best sat p.m. Some micro lines coming in. Pro final was 8:30 a.m. before the wind turned onshore today.

derek there was no judging problems. i personally saw to it certin people didnt judge who i know couldnt judge for shit from previous contests.

the contest ran very smoothly expect for people going to flagler to skim when they thought it was canceled for the rest ofthe day when in fact steve never said it was he said " where gunna wait out the rain and see how it goes stick around close go getfood if needed it will be at least an hour. and it was about an hour.

so sorry for thoes 4 jr mens heats who didnt make it due to you left and missed out. and congrats to the jr mens who were on the beach and good heat! easiest judging i ever did.

it was funny, we advanced two guys from EACH OF FOUR 1/4 FINALS in Jr Mens to semi's because people were winning by default. Four times in a row we called up people for their heat and only two guys in jerseys were standing in front after 5 mins each. Felt bad, but oh well, no one ever said the contest was over, we said we're gonna wait out this rain storm. Glad we did cause that's when it was the best. Sucks for those guys, hope they caught some fun waves at Flagler.

I think it went pretty well overall. Just wished more people would have shown up or stayed there. But it was really fun. The skim saturday night there in vilano was fun.
