skimalot321, that may be discrimination unless she did some sort of extra credit or you missed a lot of days in class and she came everyday or something. Before you do anything make sure you know if she did any sort of extra work or anything like that.

Chalk your C up to experience and buckle down next semester. Thats a hell of a lot better than some people do in their first semester especially considering it was Honors. You're a freshman so there is still time to bring up your cumulative GPA.

Stop complaining, and welcome to highschool. You should be able to get a teacher to crack if you have the huge leverage of him giving the other girl a bigger bump than you need. Look for errors on all your papers, it can take only a point or two.

I almost got suspended for the milk carton thing last year. Some kid went out of town for a week and half, and somebody knew his locker combo. Everyday, people put milk, silverware, and food in the locker. He got so pissed off he told on us like a beotchhhhh, but when he calmed down he said it was fine so we wouldn't get suspended.

Also, I think this serves as a lesson for you. Don't be lazy in class and think you can get away with it. I'm almost positive there was probably some extra credit that u didn't take advantage of during the regular semester, or some classwork that u were like "ahhh frack it" with. Your teacher is simply trying to teach u that that type of behavior can come back and bite you in the ass.

Sorry if I sound harsh, but after 4 years of high school I have gotten sick of kids that say "ahhh frack it" to doing class work, neglect assignments, and end up with good grades by simply working the teacher over, turning shit in weeks after due dates, etc., simply because the teacher folds to their persuasion. Its a crappy habit to get into, so let this be a lesson.

Unfortunately, school in general favors students who are good workers and intelligent, not JUST intelligent (as it seems the case with you, based on your exam)

Yeah, your guys grading scale kicks ours straight in the ass. A 86-93 is a B, so you miss maybe 2 questions on a 25 question quiz and you're already at a B.

Biologys pretty easy for me though since she gives us an unbelieveable amount of extra credit oppurtunities so I can't complain.
