I feel your pain. The season is over for me too as I cant run well in a wetsuit.

Sorry the season is over for you. But between living room seshs, sno seshs and the occasional fapping to Brazil and Santa Cruz pics on SOMB, I think we can make it to next season.

Skimmin in the snow is sweet. Get an old board and go to town. You can mix it up with some 2x4s or 2x6s to make some grind rails.

many people skim in snow from our nj thread. i dont because i have no ride but i think it would be sweet. and the water isnt frozen and the slope has some sand

Yea, isnt it when the tubes are the best up here anyway? No tourists, no lifeguards, it seems like the perfect time to go. I just cant handle the frigid.

No ride? You mean broken board or no way to get to the beach?

wherever the waves makes it to their is no snow. so the slope is generally sand so that wont work

jesus, you sure do post a lot zues... and every season up until this one Ive skimmed more in the winter than in the summer. Non blackballed beaches ftw. Now that Im getting older my stoke for skimming (especially in the cold) has dropped dramatically.

maybe global warming will set in? it certainly did for us. its december and ive only worn my full suit twice and i go skimming about 1-2times/week. pretty much trunked all of november. downfall is that its too warm to make snow, so were pretty much going into our lastest opening for resorts
