Big bags of frozen chicken at publix, and big bags of whole grain brown rice. Cheap, healthy for people who work out alot. I eat that shit erry day. I just hit up the asian seasoning isle and get all kinds of general tsou and such to spice up my life

basically any thing you can make into a sandwich and is cheap is a good meal in college. ive found PB n J wiches to be easy and filling for a snack. if you need a bigger wich you can get some thicker bread, some sandwich bread, french rolls are the best and throw in whatever meat and condiments you want. quick meal. dont forget the costco packs of beverages...

i wonder how that would effect the body long term. i dont mean that it may be bad, it could actually do good by stimulating the production of cells.

walmart isnt the cheapest place btw, you should still check out publix/windixie because they have sales better than walmart sometimes. get a sunday paper. but ive been buying ground chunk and cooking it then mixing with prego or ragu sauce. then all you have to do is boil pasta and spaghetti is made in 10 min.

edit: buy badia complete seasoning and sprinkle some on the ground chunk while its being cooked. Adds to flavor big time. add parmesan cheese when done if u feel like it

If there is something hipster about unironically defending the validity of discussing Justin Bieber, then I clearly do not know what "hipster" means anymore.
