I currently own my house and I'm looking for a roommate or two. If you know anyone who would be interested and would be a responsible roommate, please send them my way. I’m fair and will work with most people to help them out.


1) Here are the rent options…

  • 1 Person/1 Room & Bathroom Rent - $650 (includes utilities – water, electric, cable/internet)
  • 1People/2Rooms & Bathroom Rent/Whole side of the house - $900 (includes utilities – water, electric, cable/internet)
  • 2 People/2 Room w/ Bathroom & Whole side of the house - $550 per person (includes utilities – water, electric, cable/internet & a hug)


**Elaborating on the last scenario (2/2), if two people are occupying the rooms, each person’s rent drops to $550 as opposed to the single occupancy fee. This can be a couple, friends or people that don’t even know each other, it doesn’t matter to me.



2) A few things about the house…

  • Located in Tarpon Springs, FL 34689, down the road from SPC
  • 3 & 1/2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Living/Dining/Family Room
  • 1600 sq ft w/ a back deck
  • Located minutes from the beach (no waves though)
  • Roommates would have the usual shared space (garage, fridge, etc)
  • If you have extra or big furniture, there may be room for you to set it up
  • No 1st month/ last month payment
  • The rooms are open now and ready for occupancy any day
