    Default ACL update

    I had my acl reconstruction yesterday. holy shit im in alot of pain. also i have not been reacting to the anestesia very well. it has been a rough two days. evertime i stand i turn 10 shades of white and almost pass out. i slept pretty well because i was practically stoned on percaset. sadly that wore off this morning. surgery went well and in case anyone would want to see exactly what they did i found this really good animation of it.
