Can u be like imune from them in any way? Last few times we went to the beach all my friends kept saying they were getting stung and wouldn't go in, but I was in the whole time swimming and stuff and I never felt anything

its like 2 hours or so give or take a half hour. the prizes are for the top 3, usually bags with tshirts stickers pads n stuff. than some first place prizes are skimbags, and sometimes a skimboard. last year it was so sick and the prizes were legit.
i got 2nd place last year in jr men.
