    frack. i finally start some flatlanding. take a amp and rail to the lake. find a nice secluded close flat spot. and low and behold, a fracking park ranger comes and kicks me out after a few hours and said i'm not allowed to be there since its near a boat access and isn't a public beach. asshole.

    its worth it. go with the J-Gordon. it was my first board and its still holding up pretty well. i've only had to epoxy dings one or two times and that was when i really slammed it into rocks and shit. its fast too.

    yeah i've done some crazy shit to my gordon and it is fine
    i've thrown it about ten ft down onto cement and it went nose first and barely chipped
    mine are all tanks
    The J-Gordon Retro Fish is the nicest board I've ever ridden.

    to be competitive you should be able to land big spins, 3 shuvs, and trick out of rails. but compete just for the experience, regardless of your skill level.
