i saw one guy with a video camera, the skim was really fun on friday. pretty shitty saturday. and not too great today but i had some fun waves. was better than hilton head so i can't complain. got third in my heat because some dick kid had a line to a 540 bigspin which prob knocked me out, but oh well. and i met chrith zbr and blakskimmer so thad wuz cool.

people were skim surfing up a storm this weekend. I paddled out (on a surfboard) after I got eliminated () and I'm sitting at the inside break with all the other surfers and all of a sudden some dude comes tearing down the line on one of the outside bombs that made it all the way to the inside... as I see him get closer I say to myself "you gotta be fracking shitting me"... then as he rips past us my older brother turns to me and says "was that a skimboard? You gotta be fracking shitting me!" My younger bro said it was James Joyce.
