Summer Movies
it seems this summer is lacking on big name movies come out. X-men III and Pirates of the carribean are my favorite highlights. the Miami Vice movie looks good too. and the new superman movies looks lammme.

clerks 2 is coming out this summer, i dont know what to think of it yet, it could be good but im not inclined to give it the benefit of the doubt after "jersey girl" and "jay and silent bob strike back"

da vinci is going to be the big summer movie. i personally want to see poseidon. looks good.
the original poseidon sucked aka the new one will suck
im looking forward to the omen just because my old girlfriends birthday is june 6th and thats when the movies comming out and hes super scared to go see it haha

i was really looking forward to it because i figured the culmination of clerks/mallrats/dogma would be this epicly funny masterpiece, what i got was some contrived bullshit with a bunch of lame cameos, horrible horrible acting (about as bad as clerks but way less tolerable), and a bunch of really stupid jokes, i just saw it the other night and i forgot how bad it was, with that lame soundtrack they put over it to emphasize the jokes (the whole "wah-wha-whaaaaaaaa" style)Originally Posted by Canadian_Skim

i loved that movie when it first came out. i can't really watch it over and over again though, like i can clerks or chasing amy.

Invicible comes out in August. A must see for Eagles fans. Xmen should be good and the superman movie could be broke-back.

the omen is gonna be good if they even come close to the original. i saw it when i was young and met a kid named damien a few days later and was scared of him.
goal looks good to me and ill see xmen. the break up looks quite good as well.
sorry to bring up an older topic but im looking for the website with the dancing gay guy and cant find it on search.....
XMen was kinda disappointing...make sure you stay till after the credits are done scrolling through....very important.

i just got back from seeing x-men. i thought it was pretty good. the special effects defintely impressed me. but i was kind of confused at the ending. did he sense that his powers were coming back or was he kind of just going crazy?

Superman is going to be good. Brian Singer is a good director and won't frack it up.

Powers are coming back. Remember, the kid's powers weren't permanent, they were only temp/if you were around him. And "the cure" was the same way since it came FROM HIM.
So that means Mystique will be back, as well all the other mutants who got shot....

Da vinci code was mediocore at best. It was reeeaaalllll slow through some parts.
Yea they probably did that so no one would miss a beat because the story is so complicated
