James Franco as a pothead looks crazy. He's usually serious, but it looks like he fits well. Same with the M.I.A. song.

Burn After Reading looks like one of those movies that, when you leave, you go "eh" out loud and shrug your shoulders. Nothing special.

I'll go see it because of those involved in making it. It has to be decent. But it doesn't look buy-able, something I would watch over and over.

I actually watched that and it was great much much better than elitexc. That armbar was a little sketch though, the ref shouldve just waited a second longer to be certain that he was tapping. Diego vs Luigi was badass.

Nah the ref did the right thing that armbar was deep and he did tap. Thems the rules if CB thought he could get out of it...no tappy.

I watched, that tap looked sketch is what I am saying. It really just looked like the guy was trying to place his hand on the leg to do something and made it look like a tap. Do I believe the outcome was changed by that? No. I think if Amir didnt honestly believe that dude tapped then he wouldve just cranked it more and ended it 100%. Thats why I said I wish the ref waited just 1 more second to make it certain.

no the fight I linked was a great fight I had mentioned in an earlier post. We are talking about the same fight. If you watch CB's post fight interview he even admits he tapped but then thought he could get out of it.

i am just saying if he waits 1 more second then there is 0 doubt at the time and he doesnt do that whole jumping around the ring scene. Like wait for 3 quick taps instead of just 1. I can see it possibly becoming an issue when someone is just adjusting their hand and it looks like a tap

Ehh when you tap that's it them's the rules and they are there for the fighters safety. Really cranking a submission like an armbar can frack up an arm forever. That's why there isn't really much wiggle room in this one. What you are suggesting is kinda like asking the NFL to sometimes move the endzone back a few yards so the defense can make the tackle. Basically it's CB's frack up and not the refs.

no its not, what I am asking for is that he waits until its an obvious tap. If someone has me locked up and cranked to where I know I am done then I would make it obvious I am tapping ie tap more than once. If I am not hurting and just adjusting to get out of it I might move my arm but it might appear that I tapped once. I understand that "them's the rules" but thats not what I am saying. I am saying someone could be using their hand to try to escape and on accident appear to the eye that they are tapping. However, if someone was really in pain then they would make it obvious.

I laughed my as off when I saw this fight. you know Amir trained for this exact situation over and over. Wrestlers are the most predictable fighters and boring to watch. They knew CB was not going to stand with Amir and Cb only know how to do one thing: ground and pound. Plus Crueder and Amir would have been a better fight. You guys ever watch Ducktails as a kid? Doesn’t CB look like that duck who could fly but not land, “crashpad” or some shit. Same jaw and buttchin check it out

but the thing is its like he half tapped because who only hits it once and then goes back to work on something? but thats irrelevant you are missing my point. Its not about this fight, its about in general. I mean what if he was going for something and thats just how his hand hit? it wouldve been called. That is a really weak tap and is iffy, did I think this guy meant to tap? yes. Just saying these guys know their pain threshold and if they really want to tap they will. I just want there to be 0 doubt about a tap; i think i blame elitexc for making me jaded about calling fights

Yea, the Dustin Hazelet fight was awesome. Using a wizer, to jump over his head for an armbar. You can't even train for shit like that. If he works on his stand up he will be a force.

From the fights that night, I was most imperssed with Matt Riddle.
