I'd have to say Mr. Toejam himself, Mo make the list, if not take, the winning move(s) on the list. He seems to be doing the most innovative things now a days. I don't want to disrespect Paulo (tow ats, etc) or Beak (tackling Teapoo, etc), but I think Mo's got the best repertoire (on film at least), that I've seen.
