    Default Couple ideas

1st idea is to sticky some things. It seems reocurring questions always happen about boards and such. The whole, "I'm new what board should I get?" or the "Which Vic is better?" thread. If someone posted a good write up on the boards and how they ride these threads wouldn't occur. For those of you who don't know what a sticky is it stays at the top of the front page no matter what.

Second idea...I don't know how many inland/flatland skimmers are on here, but if there is enough maybe we could make another forum for it. I know inlandskim.com will have them up soon so maybe not...maybe just like an official inland skimboarding thread that we could talk on. If i had a decent beach around me (closest one is 2 hours away with no waves) I would be right with yall on the whole wave riding skimboarding, but I have to resort to the flooding and building of skim pits.

Just my 2 cents, nothing special.

First idea, this will be incorporated into the new revamp of the actual skimonline site... I don't want to explain it because it's still under wraps until we reveal it, but it's already being situated.

This second idea has been discussed, and at this time Aaron and I agreed that it's not suitable for right now. If inlandskim.com feels the need to create a forum for inland skimboarding, then I feel that'd be a great addition to the sport of skimboarding - but that's completely up to Mr. Noah Lane and the rest of the inlandskim crew. Skimonline is more of a wave-riding resource; I feel inlandskim.com has the inland scene covered.

Sounds good. How many people are registered with skimonline?

I think the inland section is a pretty good idea. I will think about it.

We dont discriminate, but have obviously been focussed on wave riding since before inland skimming really existed as more than sand sliding.

I understand, but they are both skimboarding. If the beach near me (2 hours) had any decent waves I would be right with ya.
