Thanks man, i'll also be running pink trucks with neon blue wheels with green cores. Gonna be the freshest board ever. Got a rad idea for a grip graphic that I'm working on now, i'm really excited to skate this thing.

Edit - Here she is with old grip but the graphic I just finished, subtle no?

    ahahahha thats sick.

i just hit the DH run that is on campus here, it's small and not to steep but it's fun since it goes right through all the dorms. I wish I lived at the top, i'd have a sick ride to class every day. but I did it on the board I ride every day, got speed wobbles which aren't really a big issue to me anymore but I still don't like it.

i think it's funny that all the kids near me that are strictly longboarders can't ollie and it's sort of a big deal for them.

this new fad of kids buying loaded vanguards or whatever and learning stupid lame tricks before the fundamentals pisses me off, i know its just a byproduct of a rising sport; happens with snowboarding kids too. Learn the basics first you stupid kidsss.

This was sick. That kid's definitely got the right idea for his style but his arms kinda take away from the steez/smoothness.

Yeah i know, just saying kids start learning all these tricks that you develop through riding progression right out of the bat, takes the fun out of learning new stuff as you ride moar.

Just saying that a nicer style looks cooler than a shwackey shuv. On anther note I started to gently slide into standies. My biggest problem before was that my front trucks wouldn't unlock but straightening my legs solved that. Now I struggle with pulling the board back, might be a speed issue?

it's easier at higher speeds but the faster you go the more you'll get wrecked if you fall.

Quit pretending like you know how to skate or progress "naturally."

Also, just got back from skating San Francisco, holy fracking balls, the steepness is over 9000.

Got really good at nose manuals recently. My signature thing is a nose stomp tiger claw which lands me riding fakie, then I go to and old school kickflip body varial which lands me regular. So fun now that I have it on dial.

Its all about foot placement, if my foot is only a few degrees off or slightly too forward or back, I just cant keep the board going straight.

I've spent way too much time doing nose manuals that I can't do a regular manual for anything more than 2 seconds.
