fun day at teh pier.
the bright pics were taken right when we got there pretty much
it then got bigger and i wanted to skim,so no pics of bigger ish
then went home, made a poop and went back
was smaller again
over all fun times

Surf: Knee high E short period wind swell for the morning going more NE during the day.
Conditions: Bumpy/semi bumpy with ENE winds 5-10kt in the morning shifting E 10-15kt in the afternoon.
I enjoyed the pics Gnar. That water is beautiful! I miss skimmin down there--use to skim w/ Darob there a lot, a few years ago.

Yeah, it always cracks me up when people in Florida rip on others for having smaller waves. We all need to realize that most spots in Florida can get good, it just takes the right conditions or a cane, and any spot can be bigger or better than the others if it gets the right conditions. Hell, I've driven up to Indialantic and been skunked with flatness many, many times and then gone back to Jupiter and had sick refraction swell. I've also left s.fl. to go to Indiatlantic and it has been a way better swell. Florida is soo fickle and our swell depends on so much that it just stupid for people to brag about the size of their waves. Flat for a while, choppy messy windblown for a while, one or a few days of clean swell, back to flatness. That's how most our waves are in FL unless we get a big system or a cane. If this guy wants to move to another place like Cali or Hawaii and talk sh*t, then I'll listen, for now--have fun w/ that massive swell up there in Indialantic.
