never heard of an 22mm FD. more info on it?
hows my posting?

Canon FD Mount Lens are for the old SLR non-digital cameras. Yet, they still are able to be mounted onto Digital SLRS but with the right adapter.
Canon FD mount Lenses are the traditional manual focus lenses.
But with the adapter attached, I'd leave the camera's setting on TV (canon) for Time Value. The shutter speed, ISO, WB are all set with the camera's settings. The only thing that is manual is the focus and aperture opening. Still works like a charm. =)

Since were on topic, whats a good decently priced flash? (can't spend too much as for paying for a new car haha)
Also that mouse shot is great, I really like how the mids are slightly hot, did you make the house?

Any of the old nikon sb series(24-26) are highly reccomended flashes by people that shoot not only nikon but canon etc. They make good slaves and are very flexible. I personally have an sb-24 and its great plus it only cost me like 20$, stay away from vivitar 2800d,the vivtar2800 is fine because it can fry your camera, and the sb-##dx series if you do get a nikon flash because they are crap. Any top of the line flashes from canon and nikon are going to be good. here is a good website that can teach you a lot about flash and off camera flash. sunpak makes some good flashes too.

in the strobist website there is a link to another website that sells pretty cheap lighting equipment.

anyone know any good lenses in the 18-70 mm range for a canon? I have a 50 mm but it's become more annoying than useful
Yongnuo's are pretty much Canon replica's (i think they just went through a lawsuit with Canon too lol) I'm planning on getting one very soon.

I just got me a Canon 420EX lens for $159.99.
E-TTL, swivel, and can be set as slave on different channels. As my first flash, for anyone that owns a Canon, I highly recommend it if you come across it. Inexpensive but effective for a general purpose flash.

Oh thanks I'll definitely look into that! Once I get my flash set up I will be taking a bunch of less than perfect test shots haha..
On a side note another car shot.. Played around with a slight bleach by pass look... Pretty much just came out with a blue hue haha

Yeah I have definitly thought about it, but I never thought I could make enough sells to make it worth it. Would I pay per month or per upload?

this was taken 2 months after the horizon. i caught an illusion under the red rig. notice the horizon sinks because of the heat from the manifold. this photo is the bj. blue dolphin pumping barite to the rig at ground zero.
i have some insane photos of the horizon while sinking on an extra hard drive ill have to pull it out ans share it would blow minds how close we were... the temperature on the vessels hull was at 125 degrees and around 400 meters away from the rig
