i know utah and mapdash and islandboy are big into saltwater.

i fish freshwater mainly for largemouth but mess around with the bowfin, gar, and alligator a lot. Usually the hundreds of residential ponds around me, but occationally a larger lake or the river. When i was in high school it was a daily thing but i only get to do fresh really in the summer now. We dont get peacock this far north. I got to fish for them once when i visited the west palm area. they are really pretty fish and fun to fish.

As for saltwater, i got big into it bout 3 years ago. Its my new passion (minus the gas it takes to get to the coast). Mainly flats fishin for trout, reds, and snook but ill head out on the boat and hit cobia, kings, snapper, grouper, pompano....depends where we fish and what in season/around.

ill throw some random pics up in a bit. randoms...i have so many pics

    3 years ago maybe???

    last summer

26 inch?? this year i think. just made slot but i put him back

my biggest largemouth to date...although recently ive had some close calls. this one broke into the double digits. I was 13 haha. the thing was so heavy for me.

Haven't worked offshore much this semester, and my job might be filled by some other guy for the summer so... But when I went out about 3 weeks ago I got a little baby 80lb Blue Marlin. Since then I've gotten a few mahi, but nothing special.

This was the last bit of fun we had for lobster season this year. Those two were monstrous. I saw both of them at 2 different holes, but let the other guy shoot one because he doesnt get to go out that much, and he's getting married soon. lol.

Ahaha--someone knows the background in the picture! Let's go fishing sometime Map. I'm pretty much stranded to surf and bridge fishing now. My roommates motor crapped out on him and we haven't found a good replacement yet.

Surf fishing gets good in the summer. Snook move out down the beach.

My boss/friend just got a boat......so I am fishing my ass off as of late. We have been all over the place.

The only thing better than having a boat is a buddy with one. haha. So true.
