a bunch of us were at north jetty before you guys were out there. it was alot bigger, but u had to sideslip your ass of.
whats with the sebastian inlet sign in the beginning?
Tim Lewis
The first 2 waves were from sebastian inlet.

Another good video. I had of the most fun skim sessions I've ever that day.
Now that was sick skimming.
wait until we have a good hurricane swell here. It will line up for as far as the eyes can see, step on liners that will take you a good length down the beach. Some over 100 yards
Zap, SPY, Indo Board, Nekton, La Trill Grillz
100 yards is nothing....How much you wanna make a bet I can throw a football over them mountains?
fracking awesome quote...Originally Posted by Teddy Hartford
hahah that was a good one teddy. and yes sometimes over a 100 yards. Doreen got a picture of one time when I started and ended at North Jetty when they were here and I believe that was probably over 100 yards

Justin. We kinda had that goin' on that day. It was about waist high +, pure glass and lining up right outisde of my friends house for about 50 yards. We skimmed it 'til a storm came and blew it to shit. But they were perrrrrrrrfect while they were there.
Eh, I still have a hard time believing it wtih out any proof.
-David Behar
David it's true. Believe it. During storm swells Nokomis and N. Jetty get swells with really nice push and it's usually really clean. Boisclair you posted those pics on the old boards I think.
100yards is to unbelievable for me, and i wont believe it until i see it.
-David Behar
hahahha ok walruz here you go. Doreen took some pictures that day out of a vid clip and put them on their site. Here is think link. If you scroll over the 2nd and 3rd picture I think it says justin starts here and ends here. Is that proof enough? Its the Gulf coast of florida at a jetty that makes the sickest liners forever. If there is a hurricane that sits in the southern gulf its puts off the craziest swell direction for liners.

I see, but that second picture looks like the wave wouldn't of made it that far, but I believe you now.
-David Behar
holy shit dude, believe him already, i was there. doreen's got the ride on video somwhere in this house. that wave just keeps picking up and forming down the line forever. i think that one was the furthest ride that day, but many rides him and zack and brian smetts got were real long. believe him. like he'd make something as far fetched as that up.
a cold front had just rolled thru the day before (during the contest), then it rained all that next morning, we stuck doreen up under a tent so she could keep filming the sickness. and surfing south jetty that afternoon with termites dad tom and pete lopez was even better cause me and her had never caught a cold front surf swell over there before. head high clean and barreling. and nothing like the east coast of florida. very different animal.
out to check the skim. winds are still offshore. what?
