I was more renegade at the beginning and more paragon by the end. I think... its not like you are one or the other right? (you already told me you went nice guy raves)

The first thing I ever did when I left the city was go to noveria and tried to battle that soceress chick for like four hours. I eventually had to go on the internet and figure out that you werent supposed to try and kill her when you are level 11. It was a cakewalk when I came back at lvl 23.

matty, I dont get new games that often. there are too many games that I just dont like...

No, I went with 2 characters first one renegade, i know you are joking but they dont, but you are right, you can make it so that you make decisions that go either way. I went pure renegade though, always a hard ass. The decisions are sweet in that game, I love how they did it.

Same, i went straight to Noveria and fought that chick for 3 hours haha. I finally beat her though, I used a ton of grenades, I had the one talent that revived teammates, used a couple med packs and sniped the shit out of them. It was intense, made me think the game was going to be super rough, but that was the hardest fight.

has anyone played dark sector, it looks pretty sick. I've been thinking about picking up a 360 but afterwards i'm not going to have much money for games.

yeah I got to the final conversation with her after a while but then they send people from all sides and I just got smoked. I couldn't even survive for a second. I didnt have any medigels and my health didnt restore itself (I figured that out later). my character was a vanguard so I didnt have any sweet long range weapons (I dont even know what the sniper or AR look like, and I had that tech bitch with me too, which probably didnt help. All our powers were low. And once we were out we were out.

When I came back as level 23 the battle was over without even thinking about it. In fact, the whole rest of the game was pretty easy. Once my powers were up, I could really frack shit up.

I had the two chicks (ashley and the alien) and I was an infiltrator. I was stocked before the fight so I was cool. I havent played as a vanguard yet

Thats because you are playing on normal. On normal they dont scale the enemies with your level increase, so they are the same skill regardless of your level. However, on the higher level difficulties they scale the enemies with your level, so the whole game can be a little rough.

yeah, but its not like a I did a ton of side missions. My level shouldnt have been abnormally high. I felt like a pretty much went straight through the main storyline.

I would say at least one of the following is true.

1) they made it a little bit on the easy side in general
2) vanguard's are kickass
3) I am kickass

hahaha; trust, high level infiltrators beat EVERYTHING. Sniper is already strong, add in a stabilizer then add in the high caliber shots and then assassination power and its a 1 hit kill.

I do kinda feel like I need to play the game again as a diffeent character type cause there are so many weapons and powers I never go to try. But it will have to wait. I got a lot of stuff to do now that I took the weekend off.

I played it one and a half times through and felt like there wasnt enough truly different stuff happening for me to do it again other than maybe to have my character get all lesbionic with whats her face. It was an entertaining game but ultimately I returned it in anticipation of GTA4

I played it one and a half as well. It was really halo 3 that made me stop the second time. I went pure renegade the first time and so going pure paragon was a fairly big change. The problem is when I play I ALWAYS do everything. So i am traveling to those random ass planets to drive that fracking buggy for hours and hours. That gets old fast. The main storyline though i could play over and over.

Go with an adept Peluso, they are so much different.

I just wasted 4 hours on it ,im at the part were my team member killed the club owner . I think I might just restart it again and be a vanguard ( im a soldier ) , I love the fact that you can really get alot out of people you talk to if you play your cards right , its a great game.

Towards the middle of the game you'll have more credits than you know what to do with. Just get good a intimidation and sell anything that you have more than 3 of.

yea, I had 9,999,999 credits by the end of the game; I bought every pimp thing you could buy then made omni-gel out of the rest. Early on you are pretty broke, but after a bit you easily get a lot of money, especially if you are a renegade haha.

yea i have beat Eden Prime with 4 different characters: infiltrator, soldier, adept, and sentinel. My personal fav was the infiltrator, but he is only good with the sniper. Adept is ridiculously easy, because you just chuck everyone around. Soldier is standard badass. Sentinel is a hybrid aka gay.
