Default New Panic at the Disco

So believe it or not, some bands can actually change for the better. I'm the first to admit I never liked them in the first place and hated their fancy words and synth pop melodramatic rock shit. However, their new album blows me away, I fracking love it. If a band ever became completely influenced by the Beatles, this is it. Hear songs like "Behind the Sea" and you will just laugh at how well they've absorbed The Beatles style and made it their own. I personally promise no voice mods, or shitty keyboard is used in this album at all. Some songs even feel folky (Folkin' Around for example) and country-ish. Check it out if you get the time. Pretty. Odd. is a gem.

I thought it sucked and I also puked after hearing a Beatles reference in the same post. I heard a rumor that their first major album was written for them...and I convinced more now with their "new sound".

this made me laugh for some reason. Some songs even feel a little death metalish (Death Metal Song, for example)

I had some fag friend who's a huge Fall Out Boy fan....

He went on for awhile with me on proof with how Fall Out Boy wrote half the tracks on PATD last album.

i hate fallout boy, and liked maybe one panic at the disco song on their old cd but some of these songs are pretty good, it's different then most other shit out there, so you gotta give them credit for making something else.

they'd look much hawter with some sweet new era red bull hats in a lifted tacome for sure.

but seriously, check them out if you are bored some time. I think their image is over the top and fruity too. Nobody's really gonna argue that. Sorry you guys got so butt-hurt about me suggesting you check something out for yourself. I dig them though and personally think their new stuff is solid from a musician's stand point and as a listener. I guess I forgot how many 20/30 something's who have more discerning tastes than anyone ever are on here. And without even having to hear it.

Whats funny is how I have a really good memory. I remember before the first Panic album came out, how everyone on here who heard the demo/teasers for the album was into them. And then how when it came out everyone was saying it was the best album of the year.

And then they got popular and now everyone's tune changes. It's funny how that works. Too bad we don't have the old posts back to 2005, because I even remember that Gunstock was the one who posted the original thread about it. It would be wonderful to pull up and see who the hypocrits are.
