The curves are pretty good though, and I have about the same lag as stock, but almost twice the power haha.

I also got a ride in wrx pushing 450whp 450 wtq, and it was fracking crazy. My body left an implant in the seat and he never went past 3/4 throttle. I cant wait to get a set up like that.

I put some new tires on my baby girl today. They're a little thicker, but they ride a hell of a lot better than the other ones. I've been driving like a granny today though, tommorow I'm supposed to get them aligned and get the heat shield replaced on my exhaust, that's probably whats rattling. Anyways, gave her a wash and wax today. Tints are in the works, and she needs a new radiator sooner or later.

Honestly Im a little worried, but Ive always babied my tranny to be safe. Im pretty sure the tranny can handle upwards of 300-330 before you have to really start worrying about it though.

I did a few pulls today, and its so fracking fun. 1st-3rd is awesome. I always look forward to getting on the freeway haha.

Just came back from wheel alignment. Turns out there was practically nothing to tweak. They set up the lasers, and the computer and all that jazz, and only ended up with one little tweak and that was it. Dropped $55, but atleast I know the tires will be ok.

Turns out my muffler bearings were fine Nukka. lol. Need a new resonator tho. Dude told me $80, or he was like "I could put in straight pipe for a lot less, but its gonna be loud." I decided to hold out on getting it fixed for a little longer, it only rattles like 1/5 of the time, and only on certain rpm's so its not that big a deal, as long as its not messing up airflow or w.e. for me.

I see. IMO muffler bearings is funnier/more effective. A power band actually has some relevance when dealing with horsepower, torque, etc, so its not like it doesn't exist, even though its not a literal band/belt.

For automotive applications I definitely agree. It was mostly a throwback to when I was hardcore into motocross. The powerband was the running joke because two-stroke dirt bikes typically have a very narrow power band, while their four stroke counterparts had a much more broad, usable powerband. The veteran forum members always joked with the uninformed that the pink "powerbands" that came stock on the bikes should be replaced with the lime green "racing" powerbands. I made the joke simply because it was so damn funny on the motocross boards.

Btw: Is everyone jumping on this turbo band-wagon there, like they are here. All the little kids think they're the shit because they all have the same white EvoIV's or 98 ish Subaru's. I mean they're fast, but I'd rather have something unique than to drive the same thing as every other rice boy.

I guess it may be a litte more on the civic, or u.s. subaru's side over there. But alot of people here get turbo'ed cars straight from Japan for 4k or less and automatically think they're the shit. We drive on the left too, so they don't have to worry about any of that stuff.

If I could find the video I'll post it tommorow, of my friends 98ish (dont remember the exact year) subaru. Its fast and all, but its got some serious rice flying out the ass.

idk if you can consider that a bandwagon. maybe subarus are a bandwagon. but turbos arent. i wish my car was turboed. if your friend riced out his car its not because its turboed... sti's and evo's are fast
