I wanted to include this shoot here, I had the oppertunity to shoot my friends GT3. This is the first Rauh Welt Porsche GT3 to ever be accepted into Rauh Welt! Car is probably my favorite that I have personally shot.

Looks pretty good, I have to imagine such low profile tires ride like ass though. I finally pulled the trigger on my new wheelset and tires. Going with 15x7.5 TRMotorsport C1's (13 lbs) wrapped in 195/50/15 Star Specs. It took forever to even find a site that sells my current wheel set and they don't list weights + they're super cheap...so I'm assuming I should see some weight loss even though I'm getting 1 1/2" more width, booya! Should all be here before autox Sunday, can't wait to see the difference having less weight / wider contact patch / less PSI due to extra tire support will make at autox.

What happened to the Kosei's?
I'm so adjective, I verb nouns!
They're almost $40 more per corner, couldn't swing it since the IRS took some monehz back.
EDIT: Plus, if the max for the class is 7.5" wide rim, why not use it? Actually going to have to go with a 205 Star Spec, tirerack won't mount the 195 unless it's track only. I guess I could just say, sure it's track only, but I'm thinking they have a good reason for it.

my quest for something 2 door, rwd, little sporty and ~10k has led me to the 240sx. trying to find these one that hasnt been DORIFTOOOO'd out is proving to be pretty difficult

Good luck on that, not to mention miatas slay 240sx's. You could get a nice, early 2000's, fairly low mileage, garage kept, pampered miata for that much. Do some real searching and you may even luck into a hard top, which looks awesome on miatas.

I always go through phases where I want to get a car. I ride motocross so I have a lifted dodge ram 1500 with big tires and I absolutely love it, but it's obviously a boat, and I sometimes crave having just a sporty little car. My truck is paid off in a year from now, and my truck will be valued at a little more than 10,000 most likely at that time. Im sure using that much as a down payment would allow me to get a pretty decent car that I would love to put some time into, but I always go back and think about how much I love my truck. I wouldn't mind getting more than 12 miles to the gallon for sure though.
I think having the little extra space in a coupe would be much used though, i doubt i'll be tracking it anytime soon. just looking for a bit of a change from my outback

Cabo I don't think your alone, shooting the car was quite a treat. We had a cop/sheriff come up to us just to talk about the car, this is weird to us cause usually they up to us to kick us out/ticket us for trespassing. He also gave us permission to shoot at the gov. building across the street. ALSO this car will be on the track soon so its not just looks, it's going to be a dedicated track car![]()

It's just arguing, and I'd rather see more pictures of cars than you try and tear down Sacto lol

Ok so your argument is that nascar drivers crash? Cool, bro. Ummm don't know how to argue against that one... or what your point even is.
You never had me... You never had your CAR.
If I had the money and cared to make more power, I would go turbo, not supercharger. The money it would require just to do it in the first place is too much, especially considering this is my DD THEN there's the fact I would have to have some deep pockets to run the class that would place me in autocross (SSM). I'm currently running STS, which once I have coilovers and knock out intake (not CAI as it's not allowed) and exahust, I'm pretty much there. To really fully prep I'd also need headers, ECU tuning, a suspension worth more than my car (high dollar shocks with custom valving and retarded spring rates), ect.

The Legacy is a great inbetween car. Well...Legacy GT I should say. Same motor as the STi, turbo 250hp, but still a nice ride. I wanted one a while back and probably would have jumped on it if my credit wasn't fubar.
