I don't know of any free decent video editors and I have no clue if WMM has those capabilities. You can get Adobe Premiere Elements pretty cheaply and it actually has a lot of features from what I understand.

if youve got a mac get final cut express, its pretty basic but gives you a little bit of room to be creative. apparently adobe premiere is pretty similar for windows but ive never used it
