In my opinion, heath did a great job in Lords of Dogtown as the surf shop owner. I'll remember him for that role. It's truly a shame he died so young.

First Nolen is way different than Burton. Burton did not even do alot of write/produce/and own most of the batman's. (it was more up to the studio) Nolen wrote the majority of these and has been claimed to capture the comic book Batman better. Nothing has been decided on a third one yet and you need to calm down. Point: You cannot compare them. Not to mention it will be redone by an entire new set of people in 50 years...so calm down.
