John is amazing, i loved his part in bearded but i didn't like it thát much in sicky rolla, maybe because he did the rail grab thing a little bit too much, idk. But these pics make me realize why i liked him in the first place.

haha you are so right. in Sicky every damn wave was a rail grab down the line. Not that its easy or anything...it looks sick...but it needed some more variety.
anyway this isnt a spot to knock on sicky. Sick photos. I love the last wedge shot and the gumby leg a-frame shot.

I don't think anyone is saying that Domke is not the king of all Gumbyness. I don't think John Salinas has a similar style to Domke at all, but he does have a sick style of his own all the same...afterall, he does ride for Exile. I've never really seem him skim when he didn't kill it.
Btw, I love that photo ^^^, if I do say so myself.
