what were the specs on the picture of the water droplet, if you dont mind me asking. ive been trying to get some quick shots like that lately. did you just jack the shutter speed up?

I shot some water drops. It doesn't matter what the shutterspeed is, you use flash to freeze the action.
So I had like 1/500th (Only because thats my flash sync, nothing to do with freezing action) and like F/8 or so. Two SB-800's, off camera (Pocketwizards), set to 1/4th or so. But you don't need off-cam flashes, just use your pop up and get the closest focusing lens you have.
