this will work, because nj skimmers are not really secretive about their spots

ive never been able to figure out where XXXX is, is it close to lbi?

Yeah if we got there 1-2 hours earlier it would have been alot better. I'll go down to where you skim this weekend, maybe Friday. I got shit going for me that day.

looks like bad winds (E, SE, and S) this weekend but if anything cleans up Id like to give your spot a try again, although as I was driving south to north, I noticed one or two areas that may have been breaking even better.

Sounds good, it looks like we could be getting some good conditions. I just can't skim Sunday, I think I have tickets to the Giants game.

I hear ya... the winds actually seem to be changing for saturday and the swell should be 'decent' enough to go (2.5ft.) And Ill see whats good, since I have to travel basically 45 mins to get to long branch as it is.

I really have no idea since it takes me an hour from my house to get to LBI and about an hour to get to LB... then again I live a bit in-state. Someone may know better.

LBI to Long Branch is about an hour.

XXXXX's is prolly the best spot in jersey. If you've caught it on a good day, you understand. Out going tide + westerlies = hmmm ummm.

Yeah, that's what I said. The spot we went to last week should be good I think mid day with the incoming tide.

Here is my spot, well not my spot but I'm there almost every weekend/Wednesdays and some Thursdays and I'm the only person I've ever seen skim there except for this one dude back in July.

These pictures are from Wednesday September 12 I think. It was about 70 degrees and a nice off shore wind. Knee-waist high at times.
