    Default J. Gordon...

... I found this sign while taking pictures for a Photographic Communications assignment today. It near the beach I skim at, but I've never noticed it before. Thought I'd share.

Yes I died about 10 years ago, I lost my board and it got caught in a rip current. I tried to save it but I'm not a strong swimmer and couldn't make it back to shore. That is why none of my team riders have never seen me, they have only talked to me by phone.

Since I no longer possess a physical body, I miss skimboarding. But I still love talking about it. I can only talk to people by telephone or online. I have found that skimonline is the best vehicle to talk to other skimmers. So thank you for being there =)

    epic.

the dunsfords are a local family that have run a 'beach resort' (for lack of a better word) in the area for as long as i can remember. not sure if it's still open... i went to school with their youngest daughter in elementary school.
