ive just never surfed out there....skim would be sketch...wind doesnt look favorable...

but ive heard sooo many stories of eluthera going insane....def. one of my dream spotts to surf.....its just harder to get there than it is to get to africa or something

Yea, I would imagine it does probably have better skim. I've only been to one beach before on Harbour Island which is just to the North of Eleuthera. Unfortunately it was choppy that day and the beach is super flat. I know there's Surfers beach which is supposed to be insane for Surf, but I've heard its not too great for skim. Im sure that there's sick spots all over those outside islands, but no one ever checks them out, its kinda sad, I could be on a skim gold mine, hahaha.

Indeed I do have a boat, unfortunately however eleuthera is 25 or so miles away and gas here runs for a minimum of $4.40. Not exactly cheap enough to hop in the boat and go unless I knew it was firing. Now if I knew it was good then yea I would go.

P.s. For anyone looking, there's some ferries that run to Eleuthera from here. And there's some small planes and stuff, but yea, its kinda hard to get there...

P.p.s We get waves like whats on Gulfster right off of Nassau and Paradise Island on a good swell. Its a sharp reef break but they're there. Maybe next time the swell comes in I'll let ya see.
