skimboarding documentary
hey guys! im a film student down here in orlando and i am in my documentary class. i will do a documentary about the skimbaording scene in vilano. would anybody be interested to be interviewed about the whole concept, maybe local riders and such. im tryin to expose the beauty of vilano beach and st augustine aswell. thanks

A crew of film students from orlando are doing a skimboarding documentary. Anybody in the sebastian area please come out on Sept. 9th to the North side of the inlet. The documentary is on the misconception of what the sport is so don't show up if you suck

im skim once in a while myself, im from jacksonville by the way, ive been to vilano and really liked the skim scene, im a big skim fan thats why ive decided to do this documentary, plus it would be nice to gain new friends.
anyone know if the one in sebastien is still goin down? cuz im gunna show.

Morgan, the user "302skim" posted that a few weeks back. I found it odd that there were two film students, both from orlando, doing skim docs. I guess its not the same person since he didnt say so, but what does it matter.
The thread did spark some anger with the 'dont show up if you suck' part...thats how i remmebered it.

i went to the inlet sunday like after 4:30 to 5 ish.... but the skim was alright, so i went surfin since it was like 7 ft ^_^
lol how was it rude? i never put anyone down or said anything bad about anyone. I just pointed out some similarities.
and no i wasnt at the inlet. im in in gainesville now. My buddies (gulfcoastskimmer) and Tony (not on here) headed out both saturday and sunday but i think they skimmed ponce both days.
