ive been checking out this website for a while now hoping to get some good photos or good anything about skimboarding. there isnt much on the internet. and in between swells shit gets boring. and over my time skimboarding and the spots ive skimmed. ive come to run into alot of you.

is it just me? or are you all fracking posers. im going in no particular order.

jon from the gulf stay the frack over there with the rest of your crew. your such a contest whore like the rest of you kids from the gulf. just like beaker said at aliso, go the frack back home. you bitches are the worst people to skim with. you trying to act like your getting footage in front of peluso when he was filming domke. hes not gunna film your kook ass. go shred some gnar 1ft waves.

Chrith u suck at skimming ur the biggest poser with 1000000 posts stay home and make more threads please. you sucked balls up in sebastian. getting destroyed by some shitty ass bump on southside.

idratherbeskimming or whatever the frack your stupid ass name is. you would rather be skimming? why the frack would you sit on a message board all day with your 2k posts when you live in laguna. theres something almost everyday from balboa down to 10th.

same thing with the rest of you guys. but.. there are a handfull of names that are still very chill who ive skimmed with. and props to ya, able to put up with all the e-pros on here.

sick guys. keep putting up videos of you guys 'killing' under waist high waves trying to blow up and get sponsored by exile. go scam paulo and grady some more.

what happened to people skimming for the stoke of riding a wave. it sucks. skimboarding is just now another 'cool thing to do' just like what the joke skateboarding has turned into. everyones so hesh now. gnar gnar tight jeans like corey duffel. im so pro.

ill let you all go. im sure you all too busy posting pictures of your board and you super sick gnar new traction pad set up.

remember boys and girls, put some duct tape on your front foot and you will be just as good as paulo!!

this happens to every "extreme" sport
there are going to be posers. thats how life goes. i ride for fun, i have seen so many people with decent boards doing freaking flatland stuff, talking about making rails and grinding them with their foamies... I have seen so many KOOKS that think they are awesome that it annoys me. i have only ridden with 3 people who are decent skimboarders. one of them is still an effing kook. 2 of them are friends of mine. they throw it down as far as people around here go. haha, i can't wait, there is supposed to be a comp out here, i don't know what the hell we are going to do, but i know that i want to see some bad ass skimboarding(comparatively, think about it, gulf=no good), but it isn't going to happen, i skim with the best guy out here several times a week. i'm tired of the fracking kooks.

contradictory much? You talk about lack of stoke for riding waves, then rant and moan about how kids are so pumped on waist high waves? No ones claiming to be pro here. We are just sharing what we thought was a fun session, or at least I do and many others. So if that defines "trying to get sponsored by exile" then I guess that fits your description, sounds like kids just sharing their fun to me.

This guy has bigger problems than anyone else on this board. Don't worry about him. Not only did he not have the stones to use his real name but he actually decided to take the time out of his life and waste it hating on everyone. Must be insecure about something.

Have fun doing what you love to do whether you are a kook or a pro. The waves or flatland (whatever the case) are for everyone. I myself am the biggest kook on this board. I'm just a photographer on the Gulf Coast who decided to try the whole skimming thing while at the beach one day on spring break. I'm always respectful of other riders whenever I have a session. Anyone who has skimmed with me will tell you that.

It doesn't matter where you skim, whether its Cali, the Gulf, the Great Lakes or over seas. We all are just enjoying being in the water and doing what we love. Some places have better conditions than others but we can't control the weather. Take what you can get and ride it. No need to hate on one person or even a group of people.

Be humble and do whatever you can to cheer this guy up. He must be having a bad day.
