Anybody thats good with motors/electrical issues maybe you can help me out. My moped is having some kind of electrical issue. The battery is dead so I have to kick start it on the stand. When it is on the stand it runs. Then, as soon as the back wheel touches the ground, the moped cuts out to a low idle. Twisting the throttle has no affect, and it continues the low idle. Sometimes it will start to pick up and it will backfire. If I time it just right, I can gas it and hop on all at once, and after it sputters and cuts out it will get going. After a few minutes of riding the problem goes away for the rest of the ride until the scooter sits for a little while.
Any ideas?
government tax on the mega millions lotto is 25 percent. there's state tax too depending on where you live. you should be able to keep more than half but not by much.
