pictures only button

Would it be at all possible to put a button on our mb that when clicked hides all text and shows only pictures in the thread?
Or like a filter that hides or shows only [*swf] or [*img] tags and whatnot?
That way, us with add and cant read can skip thought to all the uber cool skim pics and such.
