Ir's not this spot, Rivedoux beach is south of the island, the beach in the photo is north point of the island, it's Grouin beach.


It's low tide but yes the 1st picture is taken with big tides...

It's a small island (Ré island) near my island (Oléron island) in France. No skim there.

Ahah! We're french, we like nudity :D Thanks for the comment, there are 6 different beaches in the vid, all in Oléron island, west and east coast.

Every year since 2005 i organize a skimfest in Oléron Island, France.
It's known for multiple liner spots around the island.

Yep i wasn't in a good day and am not a really good skimmer :( But you're right many times surfers are going on the best waves, paddling just where we usually hit the wave.

Thanks! From september to april is the best period and when some of the best french riders come and have the chance to get the liner working they kill it! ;)
