do you wear sandals every day? if so start wearing shoes when youre not skimming instead. youll feel a huge difference and alot less soreness on your lower legs muscles and ankles.

ill be up for four days. my girlfriend went to catholic and now she lives up there. we are gonna be sightseeing and going out and all that stuff i guess. and possibly the redskins game.

those waves have the potential to be ridden alot longer. even on a day like that..the biggest problem seems to be that the surfers take all the ones that wave a decent shape..

caught some nice sized snook this weekend...all together, my friend and i probably caught about thirty snook..these two pics are of my friend..the first one was 38 inches and the second was 31 inches...

where was this? i was in ft pierce on sunday and it wasnt that good...if this was close to ft pierce, im going to cry..
