I think it was 5 min. heats up to the heat before quarter finals then it changed to 7 min. It was just easier that way to keep things moving and be done at a decent hour.

I'm leaving 6:30am Friday. The rest of my team is leaving at 5am on Saturday. I'm just not a morning person. I think we left around 4:30 for last year's and I was driving and hydroplaning on I10 b/c...
