On Treasure Island, 124th ave which is just south of the John's Pass Bridge is usually a good spot. Sunset Beach is pretty good too. There are two main parking lots with a pavilion/bathroom setup in the middle. Either side of that can work. The only down side is that they just dredged everything, so it's kind of funky. Other than that, Upham breaks ok sometimes. Hope I could help.
