It's very warm everyday and sometimes it rains, but not often. As far as money It's basically the same deal as the states, you can find very cheap taco stands and what not. And yes those are pics are of me. Luis told me that this has been the best year for skim boarding...fat waves everyday, I couldn't afford to go this year unforchinotly.
