haha. i have to disagree a bit with you

1) i thought it was pretty, ok to the upmost degree, terrible. Im pissed. all these season leading up the that. I could have told someone yeh it sucked phil got shot and ran over thats it. I looked and there was 10 minutes left and i said fuck they better have a kickass ending...and nothing...But they did build it up a lot for a movie

2) There is a chance at a movie. David chase said in a couple years down the road there could be one but he doesnt have anything in mind. If a good plot line is thought of he might make it. I think he already has plans and he is shitting us. They filmed 3 diff endings, and everyone wanted to see tony killing/get killed. Im sure it was one of the endings but they used this on to leave it open. One radio station this morning said there is a movie coming out in a year and a half. Dont know what the source was, forgot. Problem is a lot of people are dead. I see them showing the people who are still left but having flashbacks to differnet stuff and how people were killed. I think they have a lot of stuff to go on.

3) i didnt like how they were fucking with me, only because nothing fucking happened. Bullshit wasted time with meadow parking and she doesnt die, she doesnt walk in and see a massacre. no nothing. Then they show Tony looking at the guy that goes to the bathroom bout 3 times...nothing. the black guys show up and they flash over to them looking at the display case and nothing.

4) i love that journey song. its not gay. it was great for the episode. the life of the sopranos goes on and on and one without us.

I thought the ending was real sketchy. they were eating at a low class truck stop lookin place. tony has never mentioned of the place or ate there. Why are they there? And why did Tony show up wearing a different outfit, and then it cuts to him in a booth immediately.

They left stuff open because Sopranos makes you think. We can decide on the ending we would like it to have. If we want tony is jail we can decide hes going. If we want him saved him, cool. if we want to kill him, them so be it. They kept distracting you with people walking in. Who was the lady that walks in that looked like Janice while tony is sittin alone... then AJ comes and then bathroom guy then meadow. Earlier as Carm and AJ came in Tony's almost automatically took out a menu and handed it to them. the door rings when supposedly Meadow enters Tony's looks up almost startled. He drops his hand to his side not to the medu rack to give Meadow one....i have a feeling the next person thru the door is someone important. ready to cause chaos.

very similar explanation as mine. My first theory was that Tony got whacked. A lot of things in the scene point to that. But we dont know for sure, so an altered thought is that the viewers are hit, no longer able to peer into the life of the Sopranos. Just as we were put into their family fo 8 years, we are shut out, thinking what the hell happened.

pretty gay that the actor that played tony quit the show because he didnt want to be "type" casted, and yet alot of people in sopranos were in goodfellas, once you are casted in a good mafia/mob movie you are type casted for life IMO
