I'm planning on getting a new board i was deciding between a vic and an exile. Im 130 lb and 5 10. Im wondering though, how the exile shape rides from a vic shape. I live in spain and their arent many skimmers here so i cant try them out. If u could tell me in your opinion how they ride itbe a big help.

well slotties are made sooooo much smaller than any other board....
exiles are like 5/8 of an inch and you can get ur vic either 3/4 or 5/8
i dont feel like explaining other details cause i may be wrong ha

I dont have any experience with exiles but i hear they pretty much are the best. I have never heard anything bad about exile's or vics. You will be happy with whatever you choose.

J. Saunders, Exile comes in both 5/8 or 3/4. You can choose. I have never ridden either but I have a Slottie and its rides like a dream. But Exile and Vic are both really good companies. My next board will without a doubt be a Exile made to order.

for the love of all things good, get 3/4" foam on your board. i had 2 exiles that were 5/8" and i recently got a new board that's a 3/4" exile. it FLIES. especially since you're on the east coast, get 3/4" foam.

you know that viics are more floaty but you dont know anything about exiles?
the answer is that either can be plenty floaty, depending on what you order (thicker versus thinner)

and since you're on the east coast and you want your board to be floaty, get 3/4"!
