Hey, while being a member of the skimonline community, there has been lots of posts about "what to paint your board with." It would be cool if skimonline offered paint such as "sharpie water based poster paint" or similar paint that works on the board for custom art. I know it took me quite a while to find a place that had those markers and also what kind of clear coat to use that didn't ruin the paint.

you should be able to find paint pens at any crafts store. same goes for polyurethane.

yes, and I have gone to paint stores. The only store in my area that has it is Sterling art. I tried going to crafts stores and they only sell oil based paint which doesnt work all that well on skimboards. They seem to take forever to dry. drew brophy offers these paint pens as a package deal on his website and i thought it might be a good idea if skimonline did something like that to. Drew seems to always have the paint pens on back order.

oh yeah that's right, somebody showed me the brophy package a while back, that's pretty cool.
