Yeah It was sick! the waves were terrible and I'm still getting used to it so I cant give a great review. Some small frontside liners felt real good. The board was very fast and getting over chop was quite easy with the rocker. Its more of a constant rocker then a rocker just on the nose. They feel a little larger then some companies but they are very maneuverable. I'm going again soon Ill let you know about it! Honestly they take atleast 5 skim seshs to get used to. I personally really like slide slipping wiith the rail but its also easier to catch an edge. On my board now I have them and I had them on my square.

Wow, I can't believe you found that man. When people on here first started saying that we copied the Adobe logo I was like, what the hell are they talking about. And then Paul said we didn't copy anyone but it looks just like the Transformer A. I was surprised when I checked it out. You are the first one to bring that up besides Paul though. +1

so i rode my slash in some pretty fine conditions today and ive gotta say that it's the best board ive ever riden. so here's my review based off boards that ive already had (roughly the same size poly, ultra, foamie, and bodyglove board)
Pros:
-rocker: in the nose its about as gradual, low, and flat as a victoria (2") and it has some noticeable tail rocker so you can transition better over bumps with the shift of your weight
-rails: they definitely make you have more of a carvy and smooth style when turning, instead of snappy hits and pumps
-float: it floats ridiculously and it does great over dead water especially when you side slip on this thing. its float also makes it pop so well. they should just change their name to "Pop Skimboards" because you could airdrop and 180 ollie even when you are still going really slow. i would have never been able to 180 ollie on such a mushy wave with my other boards. also its great for 3 shuvs, even when you are going slow as balls, it still spins really fast and pops signicantly high. also it feels really stable, so you dont just sink after a tech trick, you can continue riding with ease. that factor makes it really fun for 180 re-entrys and big spins because you continue to spin fast and above the water after landing them

Cons:
-it is really hard to do early wraps, even when you run really fast. my other boards were able to turn well and end up in the pocket on an early wave.

Love my Rothe also, its just so huge, 55". I still love it though, never lets me down. It was abouut time to get something smaller though. I have some plans for the top of it, I was just messing around with a few different colors under the AO sticker.

my board is really bright yellow and blue. it's like the blue out of an RGB color set, and the yellow out of a CMYK color set, as to they are pure blue and yellow. lemme see if i haev a good picture. not good, and I'm sure i posted these before. when I get home I'll try and get a photo in the sun.

Sorry if we're getting into this a little too late, hate to reiterate what slotty was saying but, in the world of skimboarding the word "unique" is hard to throw around. Stepped/ tapered rails have been produced and tested by many companies over the years including Square, Slotstik and most likely tested by others in the past. Our early models used the stepped rail design however after after testing for a year or two, we concluded that a different rail design would be stronger and cleaner. The idea is not a bad one, just not one we continue to offer in our standard models.

they make cork floors and cabinets like that now. It looks sick. I havent seen any cork products anywhere near as strong as the foam used in high end skims. But that board does look nice. :)
