My new stick. It's carbon on top and carbon/kevlar on bottom. I kept them the natural colors so as to make it as strong as possible. So the top is black, but you can see the carbon thread.

thats a diff board but it looks the same rick had to replace that 1 because he bottom was baige and was extremely hard to make that color and it started delaming but the top looks the same except w/o the arrows and so i oredered an extra arch and cut pieces out to make the back pad arch longer and the front arch longer

i'm not retarded. this is my 4th exile, and i have been skimming for 3 years. i measured it and it was a lot bigger than my old board which was a md/small.
it was easily 2 inches longer and an inch wider.

If you've never used the board why don't you see if the shop/place you got it from will swap it out for you for the right size?

I'm guessing your other boards were ms hybrid shapes because the ms hybrids dimensions are 20.00x51.75'' where as the M Pro shape is 20.00x53.12'' Obviously there can be small differences in sizes as every board is hand made, but the dimensions should be very close to those. Both boards are equally as wide at the widest point. You measure this by taking a tape measure and running it horizontally on the bottom of the board until you find the widest part.

If you were riding a MS Hybrid I definitely would not recommend a M pro shape because that's a big jump in size. Test out some boards that people have in your area and find which one fits you. I'm guessing either a MS Pro shape or a Small Pro shape 3/4'' would suit you according to the boards you had previously. Or just stick with the hybrid shape if it's working for you.
