New board kinda....tis the sickness. Its a "double wrapped" carbon board. So I guess there are two layers of carbon around it, which is sick, I guess. I bought it for 200 and some change the other day from a friend. It is in mint condition except for the scratches I put on it today.

lol yea I made the mistake of drawing out the whole board instead of just half a board and than tracing it twice. I tried evening it out by sanding down the rails but its still a littile lob sided.

ps. J.Gordon this is probably a dumb question but do flatland boards need rocker? Don't answear if this violates the rules or if it gives away any of your secrets. I added rocker to mine and I think it slowed me down and made unusual point of contact which made the board stop suddenly, or maybe its just me.

The only board that doesn't have rocker is a round one. And yes, rocker slows a board down, the same is true for a surfboard. But they will not work or turn with out it ;)

I would be to worried to ruin it because it cost $170 if anything I'll would just spray paint it or wait till skimcity post one I really like.

there is lake michigan but usually its from what I heared.
I haven't been down there for years.
Also I skimmed in lake michigan on my woody in wisconsin. The place I went had waves that were actually breaking just under knee hign maybe eben knee high it even had a sider or two cause by some big rocks and the pier or somthing, but the wave broke too close to eachother. The biggest problem is the rocks which cut the hell out of my feet. I wasn't thinking about it while I was skimming. too much fun:D, but I felt it the nexy day. It's what gave my board (shown above) thoese deep scratches.

Just found out that it's not an air bubble it's just the glossy coating peeling. Already fixed w/ a skimshop sticker over it! :)

Oh and I haven't tried beakers but the skimshop pads are by far the best i've ever felt !

It was... Enough. Artwork only took 1 hour, so $40. I'm sure you can add up the board cost to that if you're really motivated.
Thing is, with a company like Exile that does so much for the sport, I don't mind getting some money there 'cause I know they're doing killer stuff.

considering the back pad goes on the back and i doesnt really matter how far you put it back just as long as its not hangin off then that obviously means look at the arch bar

haha, trust me micah (doctor delicious is micah right?, i can't keep all the screennames straight) you don't want the old one. the tail is completely worn through all the way around the rail.
and i'll be out on wednesday for sure, buuuuut i don't live in vilano anymore. i moved down near satellite, so i'll be skimming either boardwalk or the inlet or somewhere in between. sorry :(
i'll be back up north soon though.

I got my board and pads from skimshop yesterday and it came with three stickers, a shirt, and some wax.

yeah you probably have a better chance of your front foot going farther up the board then way down by the traction pad.
