I was just down there the other day driving by and the secondary break looked way skimmable, down by like the sandy beack area near pch..Anyone ever try it before??

yeah
i skim there.. only good on high tides, with a little swell... liners are pretty fun.. pierview.. ( left of the pier) is a good shore break
