that guy's name is Raoul. he doesn't have anything really wrong with this legs, he has severe arthritis over a lot of his body. he's good friends with my dad...definitely a super cool guy though, plenty of stories.

ah gotcha. i love that guy...he always would say things randomly about "swell is dying, it should be good and flat for you skimboarders soon" and things like that...so i showed him bearded and beaker's section in liquid courage and he went crazy. it was sweet.

yea we have an outside sandbar and an inside sandbar. thats why the skim sucks here.

and all the waves on the right side of the pier...2 weeks ago that would not break. you would get in the water there and drift down futher but for some reason it was the best spot at the time.

thank you. i didn't even surf that day b/c it was to cold just standing on the beach taking pictures. i did surf a week after and my feet were numb after two hours and then a friend had some extra booties and i scored those and made a world of difference. and my wetsuit is 3/2.
