FAQ Section

A FAQ thread pinned to the top in the Skimboarding Discussion section seems like a good idea to me. Im tired of seeing this "is backfoot first better? I do front foot first" question over and over again, I think it would be easier to point these people to a FAQ section for repeated questions than to dig up answers in old thread. Just my 2 cents
